The invention discloses a double-sling bridge crane swinging angle measuring method. The method includes the following steps that a swinging angle measuring device is initially set; after a trolley mechanism of a double-sling bridge crane swings, the bridge crane starts to run, slings drive a hoisting rope to move, a light swing frame of each measurement unit is driven to swing due to swing of the hoisting rope, thus a capacitance type liquid level sensor is driven to rotate, and the capacitance value of the corresponding angle is generated through rotation of the capacitance type liquid level sensor; the capacitance value acquired by the capacitance type liquid level sensor is processed by a capacitance measuring circuit to obtain a voltage value; a signal processing module processes the voltage value sent by the corresponding capacitance measuring circuit, and a processing result is transmitted to a data computing and processing module; and the data computing and processing module computes information of the corresponding swing angle according to the voltage value. The invention further discloses a double-sling bridge crane swinging angle measuring device. The device is simple in structure, high in measuring efficiency of the method, high in accuracy and high in anti-interference capacity, and is not greatly affected by weather and the surrounding environment.
