PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing angle measuring device of a rope trolley type crane and a swing angle measuring method which facilitates power supply and is hardly affected by an impact occurring upon the loading.SOLUTION: A swing angle measuring device 27 of a rope trolley type crane which includes a trolley, a pair of sheaves (21, 22) arranged on the trolley and a suspension tool 16 suspended between the pair of sheaves (21, 22) by a rope 12 via the pair of sheaves (21, 22) includes: a plurality of force sensors 30 which are arranged around a sheave shaft 31 of a sheave and measure a force generated on the sheave shaft 31; and a control device 20 which determines a direction of a load F generated on the sheave shaft 31 from a ratio of respective forces measured by the plurality of force sensors 30 arranged around the sheave shaft 31, determines an angle θformed by the direction of the load F generated on the sheave shaft 31 and a horizontal shaft H and calculates a swing angle θ from an equation of θ=90-2θ.

    【課題】電源供給が容易で、且つ、荷役の際に発生する衝撃の影響を受け難いロープトロリ式クレーンの振れ角度測定装置及び振れ角度測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】トロリと、トロリに配置された一対のシーブ(21、22)と、一対のシーブ(21、22)を介したロープ12によって一対のシーブ(21、22)の間に吊り下げられる吊り具16と、を備えたロープトロリ式クレーンの振れ角度測定装置27は、シーブのシーブ軸31の周りに複数配置され、シーブ軸31に発生する力を測定する力センサ30と、シーブ軸31の周りに複数配置された力センサ30によって測定したそれぞれの力の比からシーブ軸31に発生する荷重Fの方向を求めてシーブ軸31に発生する荷重Fの方向と水平軸Hとのなす角度θ1を求め、θ=90−2θ1の式から振れ角度θを算出する制御装置20と、を備える。【選択図】図3
