PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion conversion mechanism of easy downsizing and weight saving with a small consumption power.SOLUTION: An enclosure 24, which houses two rotary tops 30a, 30b each cut obliquely at one end of a circular cylinder, a nearly disk-like oscillation top 32 with at least three oscillation axes 22F, 22R, 22L projected on the peripheral face, and the two rotary tops and the oscillation top, comprises an enclosure with an opening formed to guide the oscillation direction of each of the oscillation axes, a link member 25 that constrains the oscillation axes, a wing fixing shaft coupled with the link member, and rotational power transmission means 21a, 21b that transmit rotational power to the rotary tops. The two rotary tops are housed rotatably into the enclosure with common virtual rotation axes, and the oscillation top is housed into the enclosure so that the respective oscillation axes may project oscillatably out of the respective openings in the state that the top and bottom faces are clamped by nearly elliptical end faces of the two rotary tops.
