The invention discloses a fault-tolerant control method for a dual-channel electric drive multiplexing type vehicle-mounted charging system. Firstly, three-phase power grid voltage is collected, and a phase angle is obtained; secondly, collecting charging current and voltage of the double battery packs, and calculating an x-y plane reference current amplitude through constant-voltage and constant-current control to obtain an x-y plane reference current expression; then, according to the open-circuit fault condition of the six-phase symmetric motor winding, obtaining an alpha-beta plane reference current flow formula; then, under the condition that the instantaneous charging torque is zero, a reference current expression of an alpha-beta plane is determined according to the position angle of a motor rotor; and finally, obtaining a six-phase winding reference current value and an actual current value according to VSD inverse transformation, obtaining a six-phase reference voltage value through a PR controller, and generating a switch tube driving signal through SPWM modulation. According to the open-circuit fault condition of the winding, the position angle of the motor rotor is combined, alpha-beta plane current is injected, it is guaranteed that the instantaneous torque is zero in the charging process, and online fault-tolerant control is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种双通道电驱复用型车载充电系统容错控制方法。首先,采集三相电网电压并获取相位角;其次,采集双电池组充电电流和电压,通过恒压恒流控制计算x‑y平面参考电流幅值,得到x‑y平面参考电流表达式;然后,根据六相对称电机绕组开路故障情况得到α‑β平面参考电流通式;接着,在瞬时充电转矩为零的条件下,根据电机转子位置角,确定α‑β平面的参考电流表达式;最后,根据VSD反变换得到六相绕组参考电流值和实际电流值,通过PR控制器得到六相参考电压值,再经SPWM调制生成开关管驱动信号。本发明根据绕组开路故障情况,结合电机转子位置角,注入α‑β平面电流,保证充电过程中瞬时转矩为零,实现在线容错控制。
