The invention discloses a torque ripple suppression method for a six-phase electric drive reconfiguration type vehicle-mounted charging system under a running-while-charging working condition, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, calculating the flux linkage of each phase of a six-phase motor under the running-while-charging working condition through a finite element method, and deducing the expression of the flux linkage through fast Fourier decomposition; the method comprises the following steps: deducing a pulsating torque component caused by zero-sequence current injection under the working condition of charging while running by using each phase of flux linkage, then compensating the pulsating torque by using a permanent magnet torque of a motor so as to calculate a given value of q-axis current needing to be compensated, and further, adding the given value of the q-axis current obtained by a rotating speed closed loop with the given value needing to be compensated so as to obtain a set value of the q-axis current. And finally, independently controlling each subspace current by utilizing a PI (Proportional Integral) controller to realize a working condition of charging while running. According to the method, the pulsating torque component generated when the zero-sequence current is injected into the system for charging is quantitatively analyzed, suppression of the pulsating torque component is achieved, therefore, the steady-state performance of the system is improved, and the safety of the system is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种六相电驱重构型车载充电系统在边跑边充工况下的转矩脉动抑制方法,首先,利用有限元法计算边跑边充工况下六相电机的每相磁链并通过快速傅里叶分解推导其表达式,其次,利用每相磁链推导边跑边充工况下零序电流注入引起的脉动转矩分量,接着,利用电机永磁转矩补偿该脉动转矩,从而计算出q轴电流需补偿的给定值,进一步地,将转速闭环得到的q轴电流给定值与需补偿的给定值相加,得到补偿后q轴电流给定值,最后,利用PI控制器对各个子空间电流进行独立控制,实现边跑边充工况。本发明通过量化分析系统注入零序电流充电时产生的脉动转矩分量,实现对其的抑制,从而提升了系统的稳态性能,保障系统安全性。
