The invention discloses a fault-tolerant control method for a symmetric six-phase electrically-driven reconfiguration type vehicle-mounted charging system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a reference value of the current amplitude of an x-y plane through the constant-voltage and constant-current control of a battery; secondly, obtaining a power grid phase through a three-phase phase-locked loop; then, an x-y plane charging current reference value is obtained through a reference current calculation formula, and a 01-axis current reference value is calculated according to a system operation mode; then, six-phase current of the symmetric six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is collected, an actual current value of a decoupling sub-plane is calculated, and a six-phase voltage reference value of the symmetric six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is obtained through a proportional resonance regulator; and finally, obtaining a driving signal of the six-phase inverter through the six-phase voltage reference value. The zero-sequence current reference value is changed on line according to the open-phase characteristics of the system, zero-torque fault-tolerant control operation is achieved, the complex operation that fault-tolerant current needs to be calculated off line in a traditional method is avoided, on-line fault-tolerant control can be rapidly and effectively achieved, and the current control difficulty is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种对称六相电驱重构型车载充电系统容错控制方法,首先,通过电池恒压恒流控制得到x‑y平面电流幅值的参考值;其次,通过三相锁相环得到电网相位;然后,由参考电流计算公式得到x‑y平面充电电流参考值,并根据系统运行模式计算01轴电流参考值;接着,采集对称六相永磁同步电机的六相电流并计算解耦子平面的实际电流值,通过比例谐振调节器得到对称六相永磁同步电机的六相电压参考值;最后,通过六相电压参考值得到六相逆变器的驱动信号。本发明根据系统的断相特征在线改变零序电流参考值,实现零转矩容错控制运行,避免了传统方法需要离线计算容错电流的复杂运算,能够快速有效地实现在线容错控制,降低了电流控制难度。
