The invention relates to the technical field of blade hoisting equipment, in particular to a wind power blade hoisting tool and a using method thereof.The wind power blade hoisting tool comprises a tool body, and a hoisting assembly used for hoisting is arranged above the tool body; the fixing assembly comprises a clamping block, a driving mechanism, an attaching mechanism and a locking mechanism; the stabilizing assembly comprises an adsorption mechanism and an energy storage mechanism; according to the wind power blade hoisting tool, the adsorption force of the adsorption mechanism is enhanced through energy generated by shaking when the wind power blade and the tool main body shake relatively in the hoisting process through the energy absorption mechanism, and the relative shaking generated between the blade and the tool main body is associated with the adsorption mechanism through the energy absorption mechanism; the response speed of the adsorption mechanism is greatly increased when shaking occurs, and the adsorption mechanism can rapidly adjust the adsorption force.

    本发明涉及叶片吊装设备技术领域,尤其为一种风电叶片吊装工装及其使用方法,其中风电叶片吊装工装包括:工装主体,所述工装主体上方设置有用于进行吊装的吊装组件;固定组件,所述固定组件包括夹持块、驱动机构、贴合机构和锁定机构;稳定组件,所述稳定组件包括吸附机构和储能机构;本申请通过吸能机构在吊装过程中风电叶片和工装主体之间发生相对晃动时利用晃动产生的能量增强所述吸附机构的吸附力,通过吸能机构将叶片和工装主体之间发生的相对晃动和吸附机构相互关联,大幅提高了在晃动发生时吸附机构的响应速度并使得吸附机构可以快速对吸附力进行调整。
