The two supporting rods installed on the fan blade shaft sleeve can be close to or away from each other, and when the fan blade shaft sleeve is installed, adjustment can be conveniently conducted according to the size of the shaft sleeve. The angle of the top plate used for connecting the side plate and the U-shaped connecting plate can be adjusted through the first hydraulic rod, when the fan blades are installed after being lifted, the inclination angle of installation of the fan blades can be adjusted through extension or contraction of the first hydraulic rod, later-period adjustment is not needed, and the fan blade installation efficiency is improved; and the end part of the binding belt is wound on the wind-up roller to limit the fan blades, so that the problem that the fan blades fall off when the angle is adjusted is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种风电叶片吊装装置,包括顶板,顶板的顶部设有能够转动的U形连接板,U形连接板的两端内壁与顶板的两端转动连接,顶板的底部一侧固定连接有侧板,顶板远离侧板的一侧转动连接有收卷辊,通过对转动盘转动,使得安装在其上的两个支撑杆能够相互靠近或相互远离,在安装扇叶轴套时,方便根据轴套大小进行调节;用于连接侧板与U形连接板的顶板通过一号液压杆能够调节角度,在扇叶吊起后进行安装时,通过一号液压杆的伸长或收缩,能够调节扇叶安装的倾斜角度,无需后期调节,提高扇叶安装效率,支撑杆的端头处连接有束缚带,将束缚带的端部缠绕在收卷辊上,对扇叶进行限位,防止扇叶在调节角度时,出现脱落的问题。
