Lifting points are arranged on the outer sides of the first shell and the second shell correspondingly and used for being connected with a driving mechanism, and rotation of the wind power blade can be achieved under the action of the driving mechanism. The contact area with the blades can be increased, and the contact pressure is reduced. The tool can rotate, and the blade installation flexibility is improved.

    本发明公开了一种充气式风电叶片吊装工具及设备,其技术方案为:至少包括第一拼接段、第二拼接段,第一拼接段与第二拼接段插接形成封闭结构;所述第一拼接段包括第一外壳、与第一外壳内壁贴合的第一充气层,所述第二拼接段包括第二外壳、与第二外壳内壁贴合的第二充气层;第一充气层与第二充气层连通且内侧形成与风电叶片横截面形状相适应的承载通道;所述第一外壳、第二外壳的外侧分别设置吊点,吊点用于连接驱动机构,在驱动机构作用下能够实现风电叶片旋转。本发明能够增大与叶片的接触面积,减少接触压强;工具能够旋转,增加叶片安装的灵活性。
