The invention discloses a hoisting tool for reducing the hoisting height of a blade of a wind turbine and a blade mounting method. The blade mounting method comprises the following steps: adjusting the mounting surface of a variable-pitch bearing to face the bottom of a tower drum of the wind turbine within a certain angle range; the single-blade lifting appliance is adopted to clamp the wind turbine blade to the position close to the variable-pitch bearing mounting surface; the angle of the single-blade lifting appliance is adjusted, a wind turbine variable-pitch bearing is matched with the wind turbine blade, and the wind turbine blade is fixed to the wind turbine hub; the angle of the wind turbine hub is adjusted through the barring device, the steps are repeated, and installation of the remaining wind turbine blades of the wind turbine is completed. The blade installation time is shortened, the performance of a crane needed for hoisting is reduced, time is saved, the problems that the hoisting height requirement is high and cranes meeting the conditions are few during fan installation are solved, and the installation efficiency is improved. The utilization rate of hoisting equipment is increased, the hoisting cost is reduced, and the installation efficiency of the wind turbine blade is improved.

    本发明公开了一种降低风力机叶片吊装高度的吊装工装和叶片安装方法,所述叶片安装方法包括:调整所述变桨轴承安装面朝向风力机的塔筒底部一定角度范围内;采用所述单叶片吊具夹持所述风力机叶片至靠近所述变桨轴承安装面的位置;调节所述单叶片吊具的角度,将风力机变桨轴承与所述风力机叶片配合,所述风力机叶片与所述风力机轮毂固定;通过所述盘车设备调整所述风力机轮毂的角度,重复上述步骤,完成所述风力机的剩余风力机叶片的安装,本发明缩短叶片安装时间以及降低吊装所需吊车性能,节约时间,解决了风机安装时吊高要求高,满足条件的吊车较少的难题,增加了吊装设备的利用率,降低了吊装成本,加快了风力机叶片的安装效率。
