The invention relates to the technical field of tower cranes, and discloses a visual limiting system and method for hoisting of a tower crane, the visual limiting system is located between a lifting hook and a pulley used for being matched with the lifting hook, and a pulling plate is connected between the lifting hook and the pulley; the system comprises an installation support which is in a square shape and abuts against the outer surface of a pulling plate from the inner surface; the image acquisition mechanism is mounted on the outer surface of the mounting bracket and is used for acquiring image information of the surrounding environment of the hanger; one end of the radar detection mechanism is connected with the pulling plate, and the other end is connected with the mounting bracket. The device is close to the hanging piece at a short distance and is fixedly mounted between the lifting hook and the pulley, and meanwhile, the accuracy of data acquisition of the hanging piece and the surrounding environment of the hanging piece can be improved.

    本发明涉及塔吊技术领域,公开了一种塔吊吊装可视化限制系统及方法,位于吊钩与用于与吊钩相配合的滑轮之间,吊钩与滑轮之间连接有拉板;系统包括:安装支架,呈口字型,且其从内表面抵紧拉板的外表面;图像采集机构,安装在安装支架的外表面,用于获取吊件周围环境的图像信息;雷达探测机构,一端连接拉板,另一端连接安装支架,用于获取吊件周围环境的位置信息。本发明通过近距离地靠近吊件,并且固定安装在吊钩与滑轮之间,同时能够提高吊件与吊件周围环境的数据采集的准确性。
