The invention discloses a tower crane hoisting method out of the tower crane operation radius, and relates to a tower crane method, in particular to a tower crane hoisting method which is good in stability. According to the tower crane hoisting method, a tower crane, a steel girder, a weight box, an insurance steel cable, a spare steel cable, to-be-hoisted goods, drawing cables, a chain block and a drawing sheet are included. The top end of a long arm of the tower crane is connected with the steel girder through a rope, the weight box is arranged at one end of the steel girder, and the other end of the steel girder is used for being connected with the to-be-hoisted goods. The insurance steel cable is connected with the rope of the long arm of the tower crane and the weight box, and the weight box and the to-be-hoisted goods are connected and fixed through the drawing sheet. One drawing cable is arranged on one side, away from the to-be-hoisted goods, of the weight box. The drawing cables are also arranged on the two sides of the bottom end of the to-be-hoisted goods respectively. The spare steel cable is connected with the contacting point between the to-be-hoisted goods and the steel girder, and the other end of the spare steel cable is connected with the chain block. The tower crane hoisting method has the beneficial effects of being high in safety, good in balance, high in stability coefficient and easy to operate.
