The invention provides a mine shaft tower crane hoisting method and a mine shaft tower crane. The mine shaft tower crane hoisting method comprises the steps that a hoisting hole is reserved when a shaft tower is capped, and a primary head sheave platform is arranged above the hoisting hole; the track beam and the crane girder are hoisted through a primary head sheave platform, and a track is installed on the track beam; the primary head sheave platform is retwisted, and a secondary head sheave platform is arranged at a preformed hole in the center of a top plate of the shaft tower; the traveling crane girder is hoisted to the track through the secondary head sheave platform; the secondary head sheave platform is retwisted, and a tertiary head sheave platform is rearranged above the hoisting hole; and the traveling trolley is hoisted to the traveling crane girder through the tertiary head sheave platform. According to the invention, the hoisting of the mine shaft tower crane can be simply and quickly realized.
