The invention belongs to the technical field of hoisting arms, and particularly relates to an iron tower crane hoisting arm which comprises a basic arm, a telescopic arm, a hydraulic cylinder and a controller. One end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the basic arm, the other end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the telescopic arm, and the end, close to the telescopic arm, of the basic arm is fixedly connected with a cleaning module. Through the arrangement of the cleaning module, a sliding plate in the cleaning module can be kept in an attached state with the outer wall of the telescopic arm, so that a mounting plate and the telescopic arm are in a relative sealing state; on one hand, abrasion of the telescopic arm and the basic arm due to falling of foreign matters between the telescopic arm and the basic arm due to increase of a gap between the telescopic arm and the basic arm in hoisting work is avoided, and the service life of the hoisting arm is prolonged; and on the other hand, gravel attached to the surface of the telescopic arm can be cleaned by the sliding plate, the situation that the gravel is accumulated on the surface of the telescopic arm, and consequently, the phenomenon of foreign matter blockage is caused is avoided, the service life of the telescopic arm is prolonged, so that the practicability of the hoisting arm is improved.

    本发明属于起吊臂技术领域,具体涉及一种铁塔吊车起吊臂,包括基本臂、伸缩臂、液压缸和控制器;所述液压缸的一端与基本臂的内壁固连,另一端与伸缩臂的内壁固连,基本臂靠近伸缩臂的一端固连有清洁模块;本发明通过清洁模块的设置,使得清洁模块中的滑板能够与伸缩臂的外壁保持贴紧状态,从而使得安装板与伸缩臂之间处于相对密封状态;一方面避免起吊工作中,伸缩臂和基本臂之间缝隙增大,使得异物掉落至伸缩臂和基本臂之间,造成伸缩臂和基本臂的磨损,提高了起吊臂的使用寿命,另一方面滑板能够对附着在伸缩臂表面的砂砾进行清洁,避免砂砾累积在伸缩臂表面,从而造成异物梗阻现象,提高了伸缩臂的使用寿命,使得起吊臂的实用性得到提高。
