The double-hoisting-end hoisting tower crane comprises a base, a first frame body is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base, a top sleeve is arranged on the upper surface of the first frame body, a rotating plate is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the top sleeve, a fixing frame is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the rotating plate, and a second frame body is fixedly connected to the side surface of the fixing frame; and a gravity mechanism is fixedly connected to the interior of the second frame body. By arranging a gravity mechanism, the weight of a second frame body can be increased through a first bearing block and a second bearing block, when a third frame body is used for tower crane objects, the weight between the second frame body and the third frame body is balanced, meanwhile, the second bearing block can be pushed to move through stretching and retracting of an electric telescopic rod, and the weight of the second frame body is increased. The second bearing block can extend out of the first bearing block, the weight of the second frame body is concentrated on the lower portion, and the device is not prone to unbalance when the tower crane is used for carrying out tower crane on an object.
