The invention discloses a steel tower segment hoisting path guiding system for tower crane hoisting, and the tower crane system comprises a control room which is internally provided with a controller and is connected with a central server; the steel tower comprises an installed steel tower section and a to-be-installed steel tower section, and a camera is installed on a workbench on the installed steel tower section; marking centers of corresponding sections of the to-be-mounted steel tower section and the mounted steel tower section respectively; the camera is connected to the central server; the central server calculates the distance between the installed steel tower and the uninstalled steel tower and the distance between the two marking points; and the central server transmits the identified contour condition and the calculated distance condition back to the controller, and then the controller gives a corresponding tower crane path indication. According to the path guiding method, tower crane operation instructions can be effectively made in the steel tower butt joint process, the problems that in a traditional mode, the number of personnel needs is large, and communication is inconvenient are solved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊吊装的钢塔节段吊装路径指引系统,塔吊系统包括控制室,其内安装有控制器,与中心服务器连接;钢塔包括已安装钢塔节段、待安装钢塔节段,在已安装钢塔节段上的工作台上安装摄像头;分别在待安装钢塔节段和已安装钢塔节段相对应的截面中心处作一标记;摄像头连接于所述中心服务器;所述中心服务器计算出已安装钢塔与未安装钢塔之间的距离、两个标记点之间的距离;中心服务器将识别的轮廓情况以及计算的距离情况传回控制器,控制器再给出相应的塔吊路径指示。本发明给出了一种路径指引方法,能有效的对钢塔对接过程做出塔吊操作指示,避免传统方式人员需求过多,沟通不便的问题,提高施工效率,保证施工安全。
