The invention discloses a plugging device for underwater maintenance and replacement of a kingston valve and an underwater maintenance and replacement method.The plugging device comprises a sealing cover, a centering pipe fitting, a plurality of switch type magnetic bases, a tightness inspection valve, a ventilation valve and a ventilation hose, and the centering pipe fitting is arranged in the center of the interior of the sealing cover; a plurality of switch type magnetic bases are evenly distributed on the sealing cover and located on the periphery of the centering pipe fitting in the circumferential direction, a tightness testing valve and a ventilation valve are arranged on the sealing cover and located above the centering pipe fitting, the ventilation valve is communicated to the position above the water surface through a ventilation hose, and the sealing cover is buckled on a steel outer plate of a broadside pipe opening in a covering mode. The centering pipe fitting is inserted into the broadside pipe, the switch type magnetic base is adjusted to form a magnetic field with the steel outer plate to generate attraction force, and then the sealing cover and the steel outer plate are attached together to generate the sealing effect. Seawater is temporarily prevented from entering the ship or offshore platform structure, so that the purpose of removing the sea valve in the structure for maintenance or replacement is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种水下维修更换通海阀的封堵装置及水下维修更换方法,包括密封盖、对中管件、多个开关式磁力座、密性检验阀、透气阀和透气软管,所述对中管件设置于密封盖的内部中心处,所述密封盖上并位于对中管件的四周沿周向均布有多个开关式磁力座,所述密封盖上并位于对中管件的上方设置有密性检验阀和透气阀,所述透气阀通过透气软管连通至水面上方,将密封盖盖扣在舷侧管管口的钢制外板上,并将对中管件插入舷侧管内部,调整开关式磁力座使其与钢制外板形成磁场产生吸引力,进而使密封盖与钢制外板贴合在一起并产生密封效果。本发明通过临时性阻止海水进入船舶或海上平台结构内部,从而实现在结构内部拆除通海阀进行维修或更换的目的。
