The invention discloses an underwater pier column maintenance device, and belongs to the technical field of underwater pier column maintenance. Hoisting of an underwater pouring structure is carried out through a hanging bracket, a lower sealing device is hung by the hanging bracket, segmented connection and installation of FRP fiber cylinders are carried out, and good sealing performance of the connecting positions of the FRP fiber cylinders can be guaranteed through buckling devices and water stop strip structures of the FRP fiber cylinders; wherein the guide cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the pier column and used for increasing the rigidity of a pier column base and preventing a subsequently-installed FRP fiber cylinder from inclining in the pouring process, and the guide rod is used for guiding downward movement of the lower sealing device and can become a part of a formed concrete body, so that the integrity and stability of the structure are enhanced; the device is convenient to install, cofferdam water discarding does not need to be carried out on the environment, the engineering range is small, material investment is low, and construction period investment is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种墩柱水下维修装置,属于水中墩柱维修技术领域,通过吊架进行水下浇筑结构的吊装,吊架吊住下封装置,进行对FRP纤维筒的分段连接和安装,FRP纤维筒的卡扣装置和止水条结构,能保证FRP纤维筒的连接处良好的密封性;其中,导向筒设置在墩柱下端以用于增加墩柱基底的刚度,放置后续安装的FRP纤维筒在浇筑过程中发生倾斜,导向杆用于对下封装置的下移导向,并且可成为混凝体成型后的一部分,增强结构的整体性、稳固性;此装置安装方便,不需要对环境进行围堰弃水,工程范围小,材料投入低,进而降低工期投入。
