The invention discloses an underwater clear water replacement observation device. A frame of the underwater clear water replacement observation device is defined by the flexible shell, a waterproof motor and a current generation propeller are arranged in the flexible shell, the waterproof motor is installed on the flexible shell and connected with the current generation propeller, a water conveying pipe is installed on the flexible shell, the exterior and the interior of the flexible shell are communicated through the water conveying pipe, and a base plate is installed at the bottom of the flexible shell. Auxiliary wheels are installed on the base plate. A camera part of the underwater robot is arranged in the flexible shell, the wheels of the underwater robot and the auxiliary wheels are located on the same horizontal line, and the underwater robot and the flexible shell move at the same time so that the environment observation of the underwater robot in a water purification area in the flexible shell can be achieved. The observation device and the underwater robot can advance in the underwater environment together, clear water replacement can be achieved through water in the water area environment, the observation problem of the underwater robot in the underwater environment can be solved, and a clear detection environment is provided for a detection robot.
