The invention relates to the technical field of underwater vehicle initial floating state adjustment, and discloses a portable underwater vehicle floating state adjusting device which comprises a shell, a sliding assembly and a balance weight. The shell is a hollow semi-cylinder, and the shell is attached to the inner wall of the underwater vehicle; the sliding assembly is arranged on the shell in the axial direction of the shell, and the balance weight is arranged on the sliding assembly. The sliding assembly can drive the balance weight to move in the axial direction of the shell.
