The invention discloses an electronic mechanical braking system, a braking method and a vehicle, the electronic mechanical braking system comprises EMB assemblies, a controller BCU assembly, a main power source, an auxiliary power source and an input end, the number of the EMB assemblies is four, and the EMB assemblies are connected with one another and comprise the left front wheel EMB assembly, the right front wheel EMB assembly, the right rear wheel EMB assembly and the left rear wheel EMB assembly; the controller BCU assembly is connected with the EMB assembly; the main power supply is used for supplying power to the controller BCU assembly and supplying power to the left front wheel EMB assembly and the right rear wheel EMB assembly; the auxiliary power supply is used for supplying power to the controller BCU assembly and supplying power to the right front wheel EMB assembly and the left rear wheel EMB assembly; and the input end is connected with the controller BCU assembly and the EMB assembly. An X-type power supply network is formed, degraded braking capacity backup is formed, the power supply cost is reduced, meanwhile, in two pairs of wheels located on the diagonal line of the vehicle, one pair does not rotate, the other pair works normally, the vehicle can still run relatively stably, and therefore the safety of the electronic mechanical braking system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电子机械制动系统、制动方法及车辆,电子机械制动系统,包括:EMB总成、控制器BCU总成、主电源、辅电源和输入端,EMB总成设置有相互连接的四个,分别为左前轮EMB总成、右前轮EMB总成、右后轮EMB总成和左后轮EMB总成;控制器BCU总成与EMB总成连接;主电源用于向控制器BCU总成供电,并向左前轮EMB总成和右后轮EMB总成供电;辅电源用于控制器BCU总成供电,并向右前轮EMB总成和左后轮EMB总成供电;输入端与控制器BCU总成和EMB总成连接。形成X型供电网络,形成降级制动能力备份,降低了供电成本,同时车辆上处于对角线上的两对车轮中,一对不转动,另外一对正常工作,使得车辆仍然可以相对稳定地运行,从而提高了电子机械制动系统的安全性。
