The special-shaped hollow cavity comprises a main runner and at least one group of branch runners communicated with the main runner; a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the shell; the first through hole is communicated with the first end of the main runner, and the second through hole is communicated with the second end of the main runner; a cooling medium enters the special-shaped hollow cavity through the first through hole and flows out of the special-shaped hollow cavity through the second through hole. According to the flexible active thermal protection structure, the light flexible material and the multi-runner special-shaped hollow cavity design are adopted, so that the flexible active thermal protection structure has the advantages of light weight, excellent shape follow-up adaptability and thermal protection effect, and the thermal protection requirement of a current complex special-shaped structure can be met.

    本发明提供了一种柔性主动热防护结构及其制备方法和应用,属于热防护材料领域,柔性主动热防护结构由氮化硼改性的聚酰亚胺树脂制成;柔性主动热防护结构包括壳体和位于壳体内部的异形中空腔体;异形中空腔体包括主流道及与主流道相连通的至少一组分支流道;壳体上设置有第一通孔和第二通孔;第一通孔与主流道的第一端连通,第二通孔与主流道的第二端连通;冷却介质通过第一通孔进入异形中空腔体,通过第二通孔流出异形中空腔体。本发明的柔性主动热防护结构通过采用轻质、柔性材料和多流道异形中空腔体设计,兼具轻质、优异随形适应性和热防护效果,可满足当前复杂异形结构的热防护需求。
