The invention discloses a heat prevention and insulation-bearing-active cooling integrated thermal protection structure and an application method thereof. The structure includes an inner panel, a load bearing web, an insulating material, and an outer panel. A coolant conveying channel is arranged in the inner panel, when the thermal environment of the aircraft deteriorates, a coolant can be pumped to all areas of the thermal protection structure in time for convection cooling, and when the thermal environment further deteriorates, part of the coolant can be shunted to enter a heat exchange channel located in a bearing web plate by adjusting the operation pressure of the conveying channel; steam formed after heat exchange of the coolant enters an external flow field through a porous structure in the outer panel, and active heat reduction is achieved by isolating external high-temperature gas. According to the characteristic that heat flow on the surface of an aircraft decreases progressively along the way, a throttling valve is arranged in a conveying channel to improve upstream shunting flow in a local throttling mode, and matching of pneumatic heat distribution and coolant flow is achieved. The invention has the remarkable advantages of heat protection, prominent bearing comprehensive capacity, low coolant consumption and the like.
本发明公开了一种防隔热‑承载‑主动冷却一体化热防护结构及其应用方法。该结构包括内面板、承载腹板、隔热材料和外面板。内面板内部包含冷却剂输送通道,当飞行器热环境恶化时能够及时将冷却剂泵送到热防护结构的各区域进行对流冷却,当热环境进一步恶化时,可通过调节输送通道的运行压力使得部分冷却剂分流进入位于承载腹板中的换热通道,冷却剂换热后形成的蒸汽经过外面板内部的多孔结构进入外部流场,通过隔绝外界高温气体实现主动降热。针对飞行器表面热流沿程递减特点,在输送通道内布置了节流阀以局部节流的形式提高上游分流流量实现了气动热分布与冷却剂流量的匹配。本发明具有防热、承载综合能力突出且冷却剂消耗量少等显著优势。
