The invention provides a light multifunctional thermal protection structure and a preparation method thereof.The light multifunctional thermal protection structure comprises a bearing layer, a thermal insulation layer and a heat-proof surface layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode; the heat insulation layer is formed by stacking a preset number of heat insulation units, each heat insulation unit comprises a reflecting layer and a heat resistance layer which are stacked, the reflecting layer is provided with a reflecting surface facing the heat protection layer and used for reflecting heat, the heat resistance layer is used for blocking heat transfer, the heat insulation layer is coated with a protective film, and a plurality of vacuum cavity structures are arranged in the bearing layer. Through a heat blocking action mechanism among the structures, on the premise of achieving the same heat insulation and bearing effects, the thickness of the whole material can be reduced, then the total mass of the material is reduced, light weight of an aircraft is achieved, and meanwhile the material has the functions of wide temperature range, scouring resistance, heat insulation, bearing and the like.

    本发明提供了一种轻质多功能热防护结构及其制备方法,其中,轻质多功能热防护结构包括依次层叠设置的承载层、隔热层以及防热面层;隔热层由预设层数的隔热单元堆叠组成,隔热单元包括堆叠设置的反射层以及阻热层,反射层具有朝向防热层且用于反射热量的反射面,阻热层用于阻隔热量的传递,隔热层外包覆有保护膜,承载层内设有多个真空腔结构。本发明通过各结构相互间的热阻断作用机理,可以在实现同等隔热和承载效果的前提下,降低整体材料的厚度,进而降低其总质量,以实现飞行器的轻质化,同时还具备宽温域、抗冲刷、隔热、承载等功能。
