The invention discloses an active thermal protection flexible skin with fault tolerance and self-adjusting characteristics based on a dicotyledonous plant reticular vein structure and a preparation method of the active thermal protection flexible skin, and relates to the technical field of thermal protection. The skin comprises a coolant transport layer and a dicotyledonous mesh vein simulating layer which is laminated on the coolant transport layer; a plurality of channels penetrating through the coolant transport layer are arranged on the coolant transport layer; a plurality of pore channels penetrating through the dicotyledonous mesh vein simulating layer are formed in the dicotyledonous mesh vein simulating layer. The characteristics of a dicotyledon redundant net-shaped vein structure are used for reference, the coolant is conveyed through multiple channels to improve the fault tolerance of the system, the capillary force of the coolant in the small hole channels is combined with the bifurcation angle of the imitated vein hole channels, dynamic and static adjustment for different heat flux density requirements is achieved, and the heat-proof efficiency of the flexible skin is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于双子叶植物网状叶脉结构的具备容错性和自调节特性的主动热防护柔性蒙皮及其制备方法,涉及热防护技术领域。所述蒙皮包括冷却剂输运层以及所述冷却剂输运层上叠层设置的仿双子叶网状叶脉层;所述冷却剂输运层上设置有多个贯穿所述冷却剂输运层的通道;所述仿双子叶网状叶脉层上设置有多个贯穿所述仿双子叶网状叶脉层的孔道。本发明借鉴双子叶植物冗余网状叶脉结构的特点,通过多条通道输运冷却剂提高系统容错性,并将细小孔道中冷却剂毛细力与仿叶脉孔道分叉角度相结合,实现对不同热流密度需求的动静态调节,提高了柔性蒙皮的防热效率。
