The suspension arm is connected with the tower body through a slewing mechanism, a luffing mechanism is arranged on the suspension arm, and a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the luffing mechanism; a water outlet pipe is arranged on the water tank and communicated with a water pump, the water pump is communicated with the distribution control box through a water conveying pipe, a water supply pipe is arranged on the suspension arm, and a spraying device is hoisted on the hoisting mechanism and communicated with the water supply pipe through a conveying pipe; and the control system is in communication connection with the water pump, the spraying device, the hoisting mechanism, the luffing mechanism and the slewing mechanism. According to the tower crane, the spraying device is arranged on the suspension arm and communicates with the water tank, and the control system is in communication connection with the water pump, the spraying device, the lifting mechanism, the driver and the driving device, so that the spraying device can move to any place within the coverage range of the tower crane under the action of the control system; and dust removal and concrete curing can be carried out on the field environment.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种无人驾驶塔吊智能养护结构。吊臂与塔身通过回转机构连接,吊臂上设置有变幅机构,变幅机构上设置有起升机构;水箱上设置有出水管,出水管与水泵,水泵通过输水管与分配控制箱连通,吊臂上设置有供水管,起升机构上吊装有喷淋装置,喷淋装置通过输送管与供水管连通;还包括控制系统,控制系统分别与水泵、喷淋装置、起升机构、变幅机构以及回转机构通讯连接。本发明,通过在吊臂上设置喷淋装置,喷淋装置与水箱连通,控制系统分别与水泵、喷淋装置、起升机构、驱动器以及驱动装置通讯连接,使得喷淋装置能够在控制系统的作用下移动到塔吊覆盖范围内的任意地点,可以对现场环境进行除尘以及混凝土养护。
