The invention relates to a tower crane maintenance data identification system and method and an intelligent tower crane, and the system comprises a data obtaining unit which is used for obtaining and storing the operation state data of each part of the tower crane; the data analysis unit is used for analyzing and calculating the running state data of all the parts and finding out abnormal parts; and the exception handling unit is used for correcting the running state of the abnormal part. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time running state data of each part of the tower crane by using the data acquisition unit and storing the real-time running state data; the data analysis unit is used for reading historical operation state data of the tower crane and establishing an abnormal data analysis model according to the historical operation state data; performing comparative analysis on the real-time operation state data of the tower crane and standard operation parameters by utilizing the abnormal data analysis model, and finding out real-time abnormal parts of the tower crane; and the exception handling unit is used for correcting the running state of the abnormal part or sending out an alarm signal to remind the replacement of the part.
