The invention discloses a box transformer substation lifting sling for wind power operation and maintenance and a box transformer substation replacement method.The lifting sling comprises a supporting mechanism, a winch, a suspension mechanism, a box transformer substation connecting mechanism and a box transformer substation guide mechanism, the supporting mechanism is fixedly arranged at the top end of a draught fan main rack, and the suspension mechanism is erected at the front end of the supporting mechanism; the bottom end of the box-type transformer substation connecting mechanism is connected with a to-be-replaced box-type transformer substation, the box-type transformer substation guiding mechanism is connected to the bottom end of the to-be-replaced box-type transformer substation, and the winch is connected with the suspension mechanism through a traction rope. Compared with a lifting crane, the windmill has the advantages of saving cost, being not limited by site space, saving time and labor, being wider in application range and improving the windmill maintenance efficiency. The box transformer substation replacement method for wind power operation and maintenance is suitable for box transformer substation replacement of a windmill in different environments, the influence of height limitation and site space is avoided, the working method is simple, reliable and high in universality, time and labor are saved, the transportation cost is saved, the high cost for selecting a large-tonnage crane is also saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种风电运维用箱变提升吊具及箱变更换方法,提升吊具包括支撑机构、卷扬机、悬吊机构、箱变连接机构和箱变导向机构,支撑机构固定设置于风机主机架的顶端,悬吊机构架设在支撑机构的前端,箱变连接机构底端连接待更换箱变,箱变导向机构连接在待更换箱变的底端,卷扬机通过牵引绳与悬吊机构连接。本发明较起重吊车节省成本、不受场地空间的限制,省时省力,使用范围更广,提高了风车维护效率。本发明提供的风电运维用箱变更换方法,适用于不同环境下风车的箱变更换,也没有限高和场地空间的影响,工作方法简单、可靠,通用性强,省时省力,不仅节省了运输成本,亦节省了选取大吨位吊车的高额费用,且提高了工作效率。
