The invention relates to the technical field of transformer substations, in particular to a transformer substation handcart lifting device which is composed of a winch assembly, a moving assembly and an automatic telescopic winder, the moving assembly comprises a universal brake wheel, a directional wheel and a plurality of aluminum alloy profiles, the aluminum alloy profiles form a main body frame, and the winch assembly is installed at the top of the main body frame; and one side of the main body frame is connected with a U-shaped connecting block and is rotationally connected with an automatic telescopic winder through a bearing on the U-shaped connecting block. According to the transformer substation handcart lifting device, the motor drives the wire spool to rotate so that the insulating rope can be folded upwards, handcart lifting operation can be easily completed, the handcart carrying operation time is shortened, the labor cost is saved, the operation time is shortened, the use of the novel device can shorten the power-off and power-on operation time of a bus of a handcart equipment station by more than 3 hours, and the operation efficiency is improved. The power supply reliability is ensured; meanwhile, the novel device also eliminates the risk that the heavy object falls to hurt people or damage the equipment in the operation of carrying and putting back the handcart equipment.

    本发明涉及变电站技术领域,具体为一种变电站手车起吊装置,由绞盘组件、移动组件以及自动伸缩卷线器组成,移动组件包括万向刹车轮、定向轮以及若干铝合金型材,若干铝合金型材组成一个主体框架,绞盘组件安装在主体框架的顶部,主体框架的一侧连接U型连接块,通过U型连接块上通过轴承与自动伸缩卷线器转动连接。该变电站手车起吊装置中,通过电机驱动绕线盘旋转从而使得绝缘绳向上收拢,便可轻松的完成手车起吊作业,减少了手车搬运的作业时间、节省人力成本、缩短作业时间,新装置的使用可缩短手车设备站点母线停复电操作时间3小时以上,保证了供电可靠性;同时新装置还消除了手车设备搬运放回作业中重物坠落伤人或设备损坏的风险。
