The slewing bearing mechanism comprises a first slewing mechanism, a slewing platform, a second slewing mechanism and a third slewing mechanism; the rotary platform is rotationally mounted on the vehicle body through a first rotary mechanism; the manned mechanism and the hoisting mechanism are rotationally mounted on the rotary platform through the second rotary mechanism and the third rotary mechanism respectively; the first slewing mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a supporting chassis and a driven gear; the driven gear rotationally sleeves a center rod of the supporting chassis; the driving assembly is provided with a driving gear in meshing transmission connection with the driven gear; each of the second slewing mechanism and the third slewing mechanism comprises a motor, a spiral shaft and a meshing gear; an output shaft of the motor is connected with the spiral shaft; the spiral shaft is in meshing transmission connection with the meshing gear. According to the invention, large-range and fast-response flexible dynamic adjustment operation can be realized, and the first-aid repair efficiency is greatly improved.
