According to the device, through the design of the auxiliary operation mechanism, the movement range of an operator during high-altitude operation can be enlarged, tedious steps caused by the fact that the whole lifting device needs to be moved are avoided, time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency is high; and through the design of the conveying mechanism, an operator at a high position can conveniently take tools at the lower part, and the tools are convenient to take and use.
