According to the speed regulation control system for the escalator, photoelectric signals and pressure signals detected at an entrance of the escalator are transmitted to the PLC, and the output frequency of the frequency converter is controlled according to a PLC control system strategy, so that the rotating speed of the motor is changed to meet the real-time speed change requirement of the escalator; when the collected pressure sensor signal meets the set pressure value and the photoelectric sensor has a signal, the system judges that a person stands on the escalator, and the escalator runs according to the power frequency value set by the system; and when the system does not detect the photoelectric signal and the pressure signal within a certain set time period, it is judged that no person exists in the escalator, and the escalator runs at a low speed according to the energy-saving principle. The speed of the escalator is controlled through the PLC, the frequency converter and the weighing module. The frequency converter is controlled to adjust the speed of the escalator by collecting information at the entrance of the escalator in real time. And hardware design and software design are carried out, so that the method plays an important role in stable and safe operation of the escalator.

    本发明提供了一种自动扶梯调速控制系统,将在自动扶梯入口处检测的光电信号及压力信号传送到PLC,根据PLC控制系统策略控制变频器输出频率,从而改变电机转速满足自动扶梯实时变速要求,当采集的压力传感器信号满足设定的压力值并且光电传感器有信号时,系统判定有人站在扶梯上,自动扶梯按照系统设定的工频值运行;当系统未在某设定时间段内检测到光电信号和压力信号时,判定扶梯没有人,自动扶梯按节约能源原则低速运行。本发明通过PLC、变频器和称重模块来进行扶梯的速度控制。通过实时采集扶梯入口处信息来控制变频器进行扶梯速度调节。并进行了硬件设计和软件设计,对自动扶梯的稳定及安全运行有重要作用。
