The invention discloses an escalator control method and system and an escalator system, and relates to the field of escalator control. Shielding signal sets located at different height positions between step pedals and handrail bands on the two sides can be obtained through at least two through-beam type photoelectric sensor arrays, and therefore the shielding signal sets are analyzed; and when a passenger posture is analyzed to be an abnormal posture, an escalator is controlled to stop working. The shielding signal sets are used as the judgment basis of the abnormal posture of a passenger, and the behavior characteristics corresponding to the passengers at different height positions are combined, so that compared with the modes of face recognition, pressure detection and the like, the interference factors are few, and the detection accuracy is higher; and due to the arranged position relation of the through-beam type photoelectric sensor arrays, the shielding signal set can be continuously detected in the arrangement direction of the step pedals so as to carry out full-process detection on escalator operation, the monitoring reliability is improved, in addition, compared with the mode that pressure sensors are installed on the pedals, the installation complexity can be reduced, and the occupied space is smaller.

    本申请公开了一种自动扶梯控制方法、系统及自动扶梯系统,涉及自动扶梯控制领域,通过至少两个对射光电传感器阵列可获得位于梯级踏板和两侧扶手带之间的不同高度位置处的遮挡信号集,从而对遮挡信号集进行分析,当分析得到乘客姿态为异常姿态时,控制自动扶梯停止工作。以遮挡信号集作为乘客异常姿态的判定依据,并结合不同高度位置的乘客对应的行为特点,相较于人脸识别和压力检测等方式,受到的干扰因素少,检测准确性更高,并且由于对射光电传感器阵列的设置位置关系,沿梯级踏板的排列方向可以持续检测到遮挡信号集,以进行扶梯运行的全流程检测,提高了监测可靠性,此外相较于踏板安装压力传感器的方式,可以降低安装复杂度,占用空间更少。
