The invention discloses an energy-saving control system for an escalator. The energy-saving control system comprises a bypass state contactor, a frequency conversion state contactor, an uplink operation contactor, a downlink operation contactor, a frequency converter, a control printing plate and a current transformer, when someone takes the escalator, the escalator is switched to power frequency power grid operation through a bypass state contactor, and when no one takes the escalator, the escalator is switched to a frequency conversion state; when the RKV feedback signal received by the control printing plate is at a low level and is delayed for a preset time T, a DKP pull-in instruction is sent out, so that a coil of the frequency conversion state contactor is electrified; the preset time T is T = T1 + t1-t11-t2, T1 is the acceleration time of the escalator, t1 is the release time of the frequency conversion state contactor, t11 is the action time of the frequency conversion state contactor, and t2 is the action time of the bypass state contactor; and after the escalator reaches the nominal speed, the driving signal output time of the frequency converter is controlled to be prolonged by t1. In the bypass switching process, the current at the stator side of the motor hardly changes suddenly.

    本发明公开了一种自动扶梯节能控制系统,包括旁路状态接触器、变频状态接触器、上行运行接触器、下行运行接触器、变频器、控制印板及电流互感器;有人搭乘自动扶梯时,通过旁路状态接触器切换为工频电网运行,无人搭乘自动扶梯时切换为变频状态;当控制印板收到RKV反馈信号为低电平开始起延时预设时间T后,发出DKP吸合指令,使变频状态接触器的线圈得电;所述预设时间T为:T=T1+△t1‑△t11‑△t2,其中T1为自动扶梯加速时间,△t1为变频状态接触器释放时间,△t11为变频状态接触器动作时间,△t2为旁路状态接触器动作时间;当自动扶梯达到名义速度后,控制变频器驱动信号输出时间延长△t1。本发明在旁路切换过程中电动机定子侧电流几乎没有突变。
