The invention relates to a method for designing a tire mark, and belongs to the field of tire design. Selecting contour parameters with relatively large influence on the tire marks; selecting four existing different patterns with the same specification, and combining every two patterns to calculate a contour parameter change value; setting an influence coefficient of the contour parameter change value on the impression; taking the four impressions with different patterns, and combining every two impressions to calculate the parameter change rate of the impressions; establishing a ternary linear equation set by using the change value, the influence coefficient and the change rate; solving a ternary linear equation set to obtain a specific value of an influence coefficient; the method comprises the following steps: selecting existing pattern contour parameters and pre-designed new pattern contour parameters to calculate a print change rate, calculating design pattern print parameters according to the existing pattern print parameters and the calculated print change rate, associating the parameters by using an EXCEL function, drawing a print curve of the design pattern print parameters, and establishing a function model; and the pre-designed pattern parameters are adjusted, the impression change can be automatically reflected on the drawn impression curve, and the reasonable parameters are adjusted to obtain the expected tire impression.

    本发明涉及一种设计轮胎印痕的方法,属于轮胎设计领域。选对轮胎印痕影响较大轮廓参数;选同规格已有的4个不同花纹,两两组合计算轮廓参数变化值;设轮廓参数变化值对印痕的影响系数;取上面4个不同花纹的印痕,两两组合计算印痕参数变化率;用变化值、影响系数、变化率建立三元一次方程组;求解三元一次方程组,得出影响系数具体值;选现有花纹轮廓参数和预设计新花纹轮廓参数计算印痕变化率,根据现有花纹印痕参数结合计算的印痕变化率计算设计花纹印痕参数,使用EXCEL函数功能将参数关联起来,绘制设计花纹印痕参数的印痕曲线,建立函数模型,调整预设计花纹参数,印痕变化会自动体现在绘制的印痕曲线上,调整合理参数获得预期轮胎印痕。
