The invention discloses a fatigue test device and method for a helicopter main reduction anti-twist joint assembly. A left main reduction anti-twist joint and a right main reduction anti-twist joint are fixedly installed in the diagonal direction of a test piece bottom plate; a main damping flexible suspension mechanism is arranged in the center of the joint; central through holes are formed in the center of a cover plate in the cover plate assembly and the center of the test piece bottom plate, and the test piece bottom plate and the cover plate assembly are fixedly connected through a shaft rod and a nut; the top ends of the two main damping flexible suspension mechanisms respectively penetrate through two conical holes which are symmetrical about the central axis in the cover plate and are locked with tightening nuts; the cover plate is fixedly connected with a loading connector assembly through centrosymmetric mounting holes in the two sides, and each loading connector assembly is connected with a set of loading mechanism. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the problem that no effective fatigue test loading device and no fatigue life evaluation mode exist in the main reduction anti-twist joint assembly of the helicopter at present is solved.

    本发明公开一种用于直升机主减防扭接头组件的疲劳试验装置和方法,左、右主减防扭接头固定安装在试验件底板的对角方向上;且接头的中心内放置主减柔性悬挂机构;盖板组件中盖板的中心和试验件底板的中心均开设有中心通孔,通过轴杆和螺母固定连接试验件底板和盖板组件;且两个主减柔性悬挂机构的顶端分别穿过盖板上中心轴对称的两个的锥形孔并与通过紧缩螺母锁紧;所述盖板通过两侧中心对称的安装孔分别固定连接一个加载接头组件,每个加载接头组件分别连接一套加载机构。本发明技术方案解决了直升机主减防扭接头组件,目前尚且没有有效疲劳试验加载装置以及疲劳寿命评估方式的问题。
