The invention relates to a helicopter main reducer simulation shaft for a fatigue test, the front shaft diameter size of the simulation shaft is completely the same as that of a main shaft of a helicopter main reducer, and the main shaft of the simulation main reducer is matched with the helicopter main reducer and serves as a test piece mounting end; the diameter of the middle part of the simulation shaft is larger than that of the front part of the simulation shaft, and the middle part is used for bearing a load transmitted from the front part in a test and serves as a load reinforcing end; the rear part of the simulation shaft is provided with a supporting seat, and the supporting seat is matched with a test bed and can be fixed at a specified position of the test bed; a stop convex pin is arranged at the front end of the simulation shaft, and the stop convex pin is matched with a stop nut; the end face of the stop nut is provided with a pin hole or a pin groove. The stop position is used for cooperating with the lock mechanism to prevent the simulation shaft from rotating.
