The invention provides a fatigue test platform for a helicopter main propeller hub. The fatigue test platform comprises a support frame (1), a support platform (2), a base (3) and a simulation main shaft (7); the support platform (2) is fixedly arranged on the support frame (1); a positioning pin is arranged on the support platform (2), a positioning hole (4) is formed in the base (3), and a lowermilling flat (5) and a base bolt hole (6) are arranged on a main shaft mounting boss of the base (3); one end of the simulation main shaft (7) is provided with an annular boss, and the annular boss is provided with an upper milling flat (8) and a simulation shaft bolt hole (9); the other end of the simulation main shaft (7) is provided with a spline tooth with a mistake-proofing notch (10), the simulation main shaft (7) is connected with a main propeller hub (11) through a spline, and the mistake-proofing notch (10) corresponds to a mistake-proofing fill notch (12) of the main propeller hub (11). The mounting and dismounting are convenient, and when a mounting angle error occurs, the mounting angle error can be obviously improved or mounting cannot be carried out.

    本发明提供一种直升机主桨毂的疲劳试验平台,包括:支撑架(1)、支撑平台(2)、底座(3)、模拟主轴(7);支撑架(1)上固定设置有支撑平台(2);支撑平台(2)上设置有定位销,底座(3)上设置有定位孔(4),底座(3)的主轴安装凸台上设置有下铣扁(5)以及底座螺栓孔(6);模拟主轴(7)的一端设置有环形凸台,环形凸台上设置有上铣扁(8)以及模拟轴螺栓孔(9);模拟主轴(7)的另一端设置有具有防错缺槽(10)的花键齿,模拟主轴(7)与主桨毂(11)花键连接,且防错缺槽(10)与主桨毂(11)的防错补槽(12)对应。可做到在安装及拆卸方便,在发生安装角度错误时,又可以醒目的提配或者无法安装上。
