    本发明公开了一种基于视觉图像的裂纹检测无人机,包括外壳,外壳内设有开口向上的工作腔,工作腔上壁设有与外壳转动连接的安装块,安装块左右端面固设有位置对称的支撑脚,外壳外端面固设有位置环状分布的连接杆;设有视觉图像检测器、修补箱和打磨块,能够利用机械结构调整检测角度来检测裂纹,并用修补剂将裂纹处补上,再用打磨块将多余的修补剂磨平使表面平整,具有便捷、工作效率高、检测精度高度优点,还设有扇形块和限制槽,能够利用齿轮带动扇形块移动达到开合的功能,防止飞行使腔内修补剂和打磨碎屑坠落,在调整修补位置的过程中,限制槽限制了装置的移动使修补位置准确,具有工作准确度高、防止高空坠物的优点。
