The invention discloses a pole-climbing conveying robot and a pole-climbing method thereof. The pole-climbing conveying robot comprises an upper climbing rack, a lower climbing rack, a climbing mechanism and a lifting driving mechanism, the upper climbing rack and the lower climbing rack are connected through a lifting driving mechanism and can relatively move up and down; the climbing mechanism comprises two climbing assemblies which are respectively mounted on the upper climbing rack and the lower climbing rack; each climbing assembly comprises a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod and two cohesion claw bodies; the first rotating rod and the second rotating rod which are vertically arranged are rotationally connected to the upper climbing rack or the lower climbing rack. The first rotating rod and the second rotating rod are both connected with arc-shaped cohesion claw bodies. Forces which are opposite in direction and staggered are applied to a climbed rod body through the two ends of the holding claw bodies, and clamping of the climbed rod body is completed. Each cohesion claw body can provide friction force for locking the pole-climbing robot; and the robot is prevented from falling due to insufficient friction force during climbing.

    本发明公开了一种爬杆传送机器人及其爬杆方法,其包括上攀爬机架、下攀爬机架、攀爬机构和升降驱动机构;所述的上攀爬机架与下攀爬机架通过升降驱动机构连接,能够进行上下相对运动;所述的攀爬机构包括分别安装在上攀爬机架、下攀爬机架上的两个攀爬组件;攀爬组件均包括第一转动杆、第二转动杆和两个抱合爪体;竖直设置的第一转动杆和第二转动杆均转动连接在上攀爬机架或下攀爬机架上。第一转动杆和第二转动杆上均连接有呈弧形的抱合爪体;本发明中的通过抱合爪体的两端对被攀爬杆体施加方向相反且错开的力,完成对攀爬杆体的卡持。使得每个的抱合爪体均能对爬杆机器人提供进行锁止的摩擦力;避免了机器人在攀爬时因摩擦力不足而产生下坠。
