The optimization control method comprises the following steps that S10, high-voltage Ready is loaded on the whole vehicle; step S20, judging whether the mode in the MP5 end drive is an intelligent mode or not, if so, executing step S30, and if not, returning to step S20, and repeating the judgment; s30, the required power of the whole vehicle is calculated through the VCU; step S40, judging whether the battery SOC-target SOC is greater than or equal to 30%, and the battery peak discharge power limit-whole vehicle demand power is greater than or equal to 20kw, if so, discharging the battery, and if not, carrying out step S50; and step S50, judging whether the battery SOC-target SOC is greater than or equal to 10%, and the battery peak discharge power limit-whole vehicle demand power is greater than or equal to 10kw, if so, enabling the battery and the APU to discharge together, and executing step S60, and if not, executing step S80. According to the invention, the economical efficiency of the vehicle is ensured, and the dynamic property and the drivability of the whole vehicle are not influenced.
