The invention relates to the technical field of underwater vehicle recycling, in particular to an underwater vehicle laying and recycling device and a buffer thereof. The underwater vehicle laying and recycling device comprises a base, a mechanical holding claw and a buffer are arranged on the base, the buffer comprises a buffer cylinder, the buffer cylinder is provided with an opening, an elastic buffer ring is fixed to the opening edge of the opening, the elastic buffer ring is provided with a round hole, and the diameter of the round hole is smaller than that of the head of a vehicle. The inner edge of the elastic buffer ring moves into the buffer cylinder, and the diameter of the round hole is gradually increased to be equal to the diameter of the head of the aircraft; when the head of the aircraft is subjected to counter-acting force of the rear portion of the buffer cylinder, the inner edge of the elastic buffer ring moves from the inside of the buffer cylinder to the outside of the buffer cylinder along with the head of the aircraft. In the process that the head of the aircraft enters the buffer cylinder from the round hole, the head of the aircraft is subjected to the wrapping force of the elastic buffer ring, so that the speed of the aircraft is gradually reduced, and the aircraft is buffered.

    本发明涉及水下航行器回收技术领域,具体涉及一种水下航行器布放回收装置及其缓冲器。水下航行器布放回收装置包括基座,基座上设有机械抱爪和缓冲器,缓冲器包括缓冲筒,缓冲筒具有开口,开口的口沿上固定有弹性缓冲环,弹性缓冲环具有圆孔,圆孔的直径小于航行器头部的直径,在航行器的头部由圆孔进入缓冲筒内时,弹性缓冲环的内边缘向缓冲筒内移动,且圆孔的直径逐渐增大至与航行器头部的直径相等;在航行器的头部受到缓冲筒后部的反作用力时,弹性缓冲环的内边缘随航行器的头部由缓冲筒内向缓冲筒外移动。在航行器的头部由圆孔进入缓冲筒内的过程中,航行器头部受到弹性缓冲环的包裹力,使得航行器的速度逐渐降低,以实现对航行器的缓冲。
