The invention discloses carboxylic butadiene-vinylpyridine latex as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The carboxylic butadiene-vinylpyridine latex is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65 to 75 parts of butadiene, 10 to 15 parts of 2-vinylpyridine, 10 to 15 parts of propyl ethylene, 10 to 15 parts of acrylic acid, 10 to 15 parts of itaconic acid BD, 1 to 5 parts of maleic anhydride, 0.1 to 1.5 parts of an emulsifier, 0.5 to 1.0 part of a molecular weight regulator and 0.1 to 0.5 part of an initiator. According to the carboxylic butadiene-vinylpyridine latex provided by the invention, a main body adopts butadiene, propyl ethylene, acrylic acid, itaconic acid BD and 2-vinylpyridine, then deionized water, a conditioning agent, maleic anhydride and the like are added, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, nekal, sodium dodecyl sulfate and the like are used as emulsifiers, mercaptan is used as a conditioning agent, and the carboxylic butadiene-vinylpyridine latex is prepared by a one-step method. And a proper amount of carboxyl monomer is supplemented to improve the product performance, such as the heat resistance, aging resistance, fatigue resistance and the like of the curtain canvas.

    本发明揭示了一种羧基丁吡胶乳及其制备方法和应用。所述羧基丁吡胶乳,包括如下重量份的组分:丁二烯65‑75份、2‑乙烯基吡啶10‑15份、丙乙烯10‑15份、丙烯酸10‑15份、衣康酸BD 10‑15份、马来酸酐1‑5份、乳化剂0.1‑1.5份、分子量调节剂0.5‑1.0份、引发剂0.1‑0.5份。本发明提供的羧基丁吡胶乳,主体采用丁二烯、丙乙烯、丙烯酸、衣康酸BD和2‑乙烯基吡啶,再加入去离子水、调节剂以及马来酸酐等,以聚氧乙烯月桂基醚、二丁基萘磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠等作为乳化剂,硫醇作为调节剂,辅以适量的羧基单体来提升产品性能,如改善帘帆布的耐热性、耐老化性、耐疲劳性等。
