The invention relates to a butadiene rubber alloy and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method of the butadiene rubber alloy comprises the following steps that rare earth butadiene rubber and nickel butadiene rubber are coupled to obtain composite butadiene rubber, the mass of the rare earth butadiene rubber is larger than that of the nickel butadiene rubber, and the mass of the nickel butadiene rubber is larger than that of the nickel butadiene rubber. The Mooney viscosity of the composite butadiene rubber is 35 MU to 55 MU, and the branching factor of the composite butadiene rubber is 3.0 to 7.1; syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene is prepared in situ in the composite butadiene rubber solution, and a polymerized rubber solution is obtained; and condensing and drying the polymerized rubber solution to obtain the butadiene rubber alloy. The butadiene rubber alloy prepared by the preparation method not only has excellent wet skid resistance, tensile strength and tear strength, but also has good processability and cold flow resistance, so that the requirements of tires on high strength and high modulus can be better met.

    本发明涉及一种顺丁橡胶合金及其制备方法和应用,其中,顺丁橡胶合金的制备方法包括以下步骤:将稀土顺丁橡胶和镍系顺丁橡胶进行偶联,得到复合顺丁橡胶,其中,稀土顺丁橡胶的质量大于镍系顺丁橡胶的质量,且复合顺丁橡胶的门尼粘度为35MU‑55MU,支化因子为3.0‑7.1;在复合顺丁橡胶胶液中原位制备间同1,2‑聚丁二烯,得到聚合胶液;将聚合胶液进行凝聚、干燥,得到顺丁橡胶合金。该制备方法制备的顺丁橡胶合金不仅具有优异的抗湿滑性、拉伸强度和撕裂强度,且具有良好的加工性能以及抗冷流性能,从而能够更好的满足轮胎对高强度和高模量的要求。
