The invention discloses butadiene-isoprene rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: polymerizing a butadiene monomer and an isoprene monomer under a polymerization condition to obtain butadiene-isoprene rubber; wherein in the polymerization process, an initiator and a composite regulator are added, and the composite regulator comprises ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid salt and an asymmetric ether compound. Butadiene and isoprene are used as raw materials to prepare butadiene-isoprene rubber, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid salt and asymmetric ether compounds are added in the polymerization process to serve as two-component composite regulators to synthesize solution polymerized butadiene-isoprene rubber with high 1, 2-structure content and high 3, 4-structure content, the total content of the 1, 2-structure and the 3, 4-structure in an obtained polymer is stable, and the solution polymerized butadiene-isoprene rubber has the advantages of being low in cost and good in stability. And the regulating capacity of the composite regulator is not easily influenced by the reaction temperature, the reaction is easy to control, various indexes of the product are improved, and the macroscopic comprehensive mechanical property of the polymer is excellent.

    本发明公开了丁二烯‑异戊二烯橡胶及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括:在聚合条件下,将丁二烯单体与异戊二烯单体进行聚合,得到丁二烯‑异戊二烯橡胶;其中,在所述聚合过程中,加入引发剂和复合调节剂,所述复合调节剂包括乙二胺四乙酸盐和不对称醚类化合物。本发明以丁二烯、异戊二烯为原料制备丁戊橡胶,通过在聚合过程中添加乙二胺四乙酸盐和不对称醚类化合物为双组份复合调节剂合成中高1,2‑结构和3,4‑结构的含量的溶聚丁戊橡胶,得到的聚合物中的1,2‑结构和3,4‑结构的总含量稳定,并且复合调节剂调节能力不易受反应温度的影响,反应容易控制,产品的各项指标得到提升,聚合物的宏观综合力学性能优异。
