The invention discloses a trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber material with a high crystallization melting temperature and a preparation method of the trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber material. The trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of butadiene-isoprene copolymer, 0-50 parts of filler, 0.1-4 parts of anti-aging agent, 0.1-4 parts of chelating agent and 0.1-6 parts of other auxiliaries. Wherein the butadiene-isoprene copolymer contains a long trans-1, 4-polybutadiene long chain segment, the content of a trans-1, 4-structure of the butadiene-isoprene copolymer is greater than 85%, the crystallization melting temperature is 120-145 DEG C, and the crystallization melting enthalpy is 1-30 J/g. According to the trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber material, a high-temperature-resistant and easy-to-crystallize copolymer is obtained by adopting a constant-ratio copolymerization method of butadiene and isoprene, and then a chelating agent, an anti-aging agent, a filler and other auxiliaries are added, so that the trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber material is obtained. The material is applied to tread rubber and sidewall rubber of tires and rubber vibration reduction products, and the heat resistance and the dynamic fatigue life of the products are remarkably improved; and the material can also be used as a phase change energy storage material to be applied to building insulation layers, equipment insulation layers and sealing insulation fields.

    本发明公开了一种具有高结晶熔融温度的反式丁戊橡胶材料及其制备方法。该反式丁戊橡胶材料按重量份由丁二烯‑异戊二烯共聚物100份,填料0~50份,防老剂0.1~4份,螯合剂0.1~4份,其他助剂0.1~6份组成。其中的丁二烯‑异戊二烯共聚物含有长的反式‑1,4‑聚丁二烯长链段,其反式‑1,4‑结构含量大于85%,结晶熔融温度120~145℃,结晶熔融焓1~30J/g。该反式丁戊橡胶材料采用丁二烯和异戊二烯恒比共聚的方法得到耐高温、易于结晶的共聚物,然后加入螯合剂、防老剂、填料和其他助剂得到。该材料应用于轮胎的胎面胶和胎侧胶以及橡胶减振制品,显著提高制品的耐热性及动态疲劳寿命;亦可以作为相变储能材料应用于建筑保温层、设备保温层及密封保温领域。
