According to the heat insulation pad, the fireproof layer is arranged in the heat insulation pad, so that the fireproof layer and the aerogel felt layer cooperatively block heat diffusion, the effect of delaying heat exchange is achieved, the heat insulation pad has good heat insulation and fireproof effects, and the safety of the heat insulation pad is improved. Meanwhile, the porous base body in the fireproof layer is of a porous structure, so that the porous base body has certain ductility, the situation that the structure of the heat insulation pad is damaged due to excessive deformation of an expansion material can be effectively prevented, the material consumption of the fireproof layer is reduced, the overall weight of the heat insulation pad is reduced, and the cost of the heat insulation pad is reduced at the same time.
