The invention provides an aerogel improved honeycomb polyurethane heat insulation module. The aerogel improved honeycomb polyurethane heat insulation module comprises a polyurethane foam core, a heat insulation rod and an insulation box body. The heat insulation rod is arranged in the polyurethane foam core and comprises an outer shell defined by a film with a structure protection function, and aerogel is filled in the outer shell. The polyurethane foam core is of a honeycomb structure and comprises the peripheral edge of the polyurethane foam core and a plurality of wall faces extending in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of adjacently arranged honeycomb holes are formed in the plurality of wall surfaces along a plane array extending transversely; the polyurethane foam core surrounds the side face of the heat insulation rod. The insulation box body surrounds the outer surface of the polyurethane foam core, and the polyurethane foam core top face insulation box body and the polyurethane foam core bottom face insulation box body completely cover the polyurethane foam core and the polyurethane foam core side face periphery insulation box body. According to the technical scheme, the heat leakage loss of liquefied natural gas in the storage and transportation process can be reduced according to the higher heat insulation requirement of a heat insulation module in an existing LNG containment system and the material physical property based on polyurethane and silicon dioxide aerogel.

    本发明提供一种气凝胶改良的蜂窝状聚氨酯绝热模块,包括:聚氨酯泡沫芯、绝热棒和绝缘箱体。绝热棒设置于聚氨酯泡沫芯内部,包括由结构保护作用的薄膜围成的外壳体,外壳体内填充有气凝胶;聚氨酯泡沫芯为蜂窝状结构,包括聚氨酯泡沫芯四周边缘及沿纵向方向延伸的多个壁面;多个壁面沿横向延伸的平面阵列布置多个相邻排列的蜂窝孔;聚氨酯泡沫芯包围所述绝热棒侧面;绝缘箱体包围在聚氨酯泡沫芯的外表面,聚氨酯泡沫芯顶面和底面绝缘箱体完全覆盖聚氨酯泡沫芯及聚氨酯泡沫芯侧面四周绝缘箱体。本发明技术方案,能够针对目前LNG围护系统中绝热模块的更高绝热要求及基于聚氨酯和二氧化硅气凝胶的材料物性,减少液化天然气在储运过程中的漏热损失。
