The invention discloses an insulation detection method for a new energy battery module and a battery system, and the method comprises the steps: 1, enabling a direct-current voltage gear red meter pen and a black meter pen of a universal meter to be in contact with any electrode end and a preset metal part of a to-be-detected battery product respectively; step 2, testing through a universal meter to obtain a voltage value between an electrode end of the battery product to be detected and a preset metal part; and 3, when the voltage value between the electrode end of the to-be-detected battery product and the preset metal part is within the preset charging upper limit voltage range of the single battery, judging that the to-be-detected battery product is at an insulation safety state critical point. The method is scientific in design, the to-be-detected battery product (such as a battery module or a battery system) at the critical point of the insulation safety state can be recognized and detected in advance, and the to-be-detected battery product at the critical point of the insulation safety state is prevented from entering an existing process of detecting insulation resistance and leakage current by using high-voltage equipment.

    本发明公开了一种新能源电池模组和电池系统的绝缘检测方法,包括步骤:第一步,将万用表的直流电压档红色表笔和黑色表笔,分别接触待检测电池产品的任意一个电极端和预设金属部位;第二步,通过万用表,测试获得待检测电池产品的电极端与预设金属部位之间的电压值;第三步,当待检测电池产品的电极端与预设金属部位之间的电压值,位于预设的电池单体的充电上限电压范围内时,判断该待检测电池产品处于绝缘安全状态临界点。本发明设计科学,能够提前识别、检测出处于绝缘安全状态临界点的待检测电池产品(例如电池模组或电池系统),避免处于绝缘安全状态临界点的待检测电池产品进入到现有的使用高压设备检测绝缘电阻及漏电电流的工序中。
