The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and particularly relates to a flying and drifting combined type overwater operation unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a mounting main body, a power supply device is fixedly mounted at one end in the mounting main body, and a driving device is rotationally arranged at the other end in the mounting main body and comprises a rotating seat, a driving motor, a driving rod, a driven rod and a driving paddle. The two sides of the rotating seat are rotationally connected with the interior of the mounting body, the driving motor is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating seat, one end of the driving rod is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor, one end of the driven rod is hinged to the other end of the driving rod, the driving paddle is fixedly connected with the other end of the driven rod, and the top end of the rotating seat is slidably connected with an extrusion device. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle can stably work on the water surface, meanwhile, when the unmanned aerial vehicle works on the water surface, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be driven to move on the water surface without taking off and landing again, and the advancing direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be controlled through the inclined rotor wings.
